We were inspired to start CareSign Community Notary Service to address the significant barriers many Minnesotans face when trying to access essential notary services. Our main goal is to increase access for individuals who have difficulty traveling to traditional notary locations.

  • Low-income individuals
  • Residents in rural communities

By offering both mobile and remote online notary (RON) services, we bring notarization directly to you or allow you to complete it securely from anywhere.
